Job description/purpose

Position Title: Recruitment/Sales

· We are seeking a Driver Recruiter with a sales or recruitment background to join our team! The Recruiter is an essential part of the success of the company. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision, organized and great with people. This position relies heavily on phone calls (no Cold Calls). Leads are provided along with marketing to generate incoming calls.

Essential Functions and basic duties

· Via telephone- interview potential drivers/owner-operators

· Prescreen applicants through required reports and submitted documents while analyzing responses identifying to ensure DOT compliance

· Serve as point of contact for drivers during recruiting and on-boarding process

· Assist and contribute to ongoing driver retention efforts

· Make daily outbound calls to multi-carrier leads, answer incoming calls

· Schedule travel

· Assist in advertising, marketing and social media efforts

· Implement company culture, values and polices

· Ensure goals are met on a weekly/ monthly basis

Qualifications

· Previous experience in recruiting, sales

· Strong verbal communication skills

· Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, works well under pressure

· Comfortable working independently as well as with a team

· Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

· Outlook, Microsoft and Basic Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
