The Robert Half Healthcare Practice has an immediate full-time opening for a Remote Data Entry Clerk opportunity with an expanding and successful Healthcare Provider in Indianapolis, Indiana!

We are excited to partner with this prestigious Healthcare Provider in the Indianapolis, Indiana area to help them find the newest member of their team!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Main Duties:

? Works primarily in Peoplesoft and the current imaging software

? Serves as the first touch on images submitted

? Responsible for keying all images in imaging software within 5 days of image being received

? Updates all images within the imaging software with pertinent info which could include but is not limited to voucher id, business unit, voucher amount, invoice number etc.

? Responsible for accurately routing images to appropriate queue in imaging software if invoice cannot be keyed

? Responsible for ensuring all basic research has been completed before routing to another queue in imaging software this can include but not limited to checking for requisitions, checking for additional po's, checking for business units

? Maintain positive work relationships with AP team members, members of other teams and Vendors

? Effectively communicate with others and to ensure compliance with cross team responsibilities

? Follows AP policies and procedures

? Invoices are processed accurately and according to AP Standard Guidelines

Requirements - Competent with spreadsheets and databases

- Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

- Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

- Data entry experience

- Numeric data entry experience

- Computer Data Entry experience preferred

- Foundational knowledge in numeric data entry

- Proven knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

- Customer invoices experience

- Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
