Diverse Tech Services is now accepting ServiceNow Business Analyst applicants for immediate hire. This is a long term contract position (12+ months). In this job, you will work for our client in Indianapolis, IN. You will report to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please indicate your salary requirements when applying. Summary:
The ServiceNow Business Analyst will be part of the ServiceNow team at our client. Our client manages and maintains ServiceNow instances for multiple clients including a multi-tenant, domain separated instance. This role will be responsible for working with internal and external customers to define requirements for their ServiceNow configuration, transforming those requirements into design, and then implementing or working with developers to implement those requirements.
Essential Functions:
- Work with client and customer IT support teams to determine their requirements and needs for ServiceNow.
- Translating business requirements into actionable designs, following ServiceNow best practices.
- Maintain documented client configuration requirements and design documents.
- Perform testing of implemented features to ensure that they meet customer requirements.
- Managing and resolving Incidents related to ServiceNow.
- Clearly communicating concepts across industries, experience levels, etc.

Abilities and Skills:
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and tasks, and successfully manage multiple engagements that may require additional resources.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Self-reliant and directed as there may be little to no daily supervision.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or related fields (e.g. Mathematics)
- Experience working with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
Experience with the following is preferred:
- ITIL certification preferred
- Understanding of Managed Service Providers and how they work with various clients
Experience with the following is a plus:
- Experience with Javascript
- ServiceNow certifications
Physical, Mental Requirements and Work Environment:
- View computer monitor for an extended period of time
- Sitting for long periods.
- Listening and talking.
