The Talent Acquisition Project Director is responsible for all of the requirements for Project Manager Sr, plus demonstrates the ability to identify key people to bring about change and understands underlying cultural dynamics to develop a network of contacts and target specific people to achieve project goals and objectives.
Possesses awareness of significant contributing factors to manage project change, demonstrates a solid understanding of the end-to-end business processes and the critical IT dependencies as well as knowledge of additional regions and Enterprise needs.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Manages projects across business units, regions, or the enterprise
- Influences at all levels within the organization, often setting strategy and direction
- Coaches and mentors project team members
- Mentors other project managers around project management methodology
- Determines project scope, develops resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans
- Develops training plans; Defines, recommends, and secures contractual agreements for services and products
- Coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms
- Develops requirements documents; develops project approval matrix; identifies project team training and tool needs; defines quality gates for each project methodology phase; defines critical success factors; establishes and manages the project warranty period.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 9 years professional project management experience, of which at least 7 years are spent leading and directing large project tasks; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters in Project Management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Six Sigma Black belt
- Six Sigma Green belt Certified
- Lean Principles
- Agile Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
- Certified Agile Coach
