Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
In your role, you will perform a variety of task related tobenefits renewals, benefits administration, wellness planning, and benefitstatements. Participation in team initiatives relating to payroll, FMLA, and corporateprogram administration.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Daily Grind - In this fast-paced work environment, the customer experienceand accuracy is of upmost importance. You will juggle multiple priorities withconfidence and will be responsible for completing the benefits reporting andbilling requirements for the Payroll and Benefits group. You will also becross-functional on payroll change processing. In this position, you will work with all levels of employees andmanagers on their employee benefit related needs, including open enrollmentprocessing and auditing. You will participate in the reporting function in ADPto audit participation in benefits, wellness and other programs. In addition, you will participate in themaintenance of other HR functions, such as FMLA, Short and Long TermDisability, Safe Act, benefit statements, and pandemic related initiatives.
- You're Part of a Team - You are a member of the Payroll and Benefits team. You willalso partner with other members of the Human Capital team and other departmentteams in cross-functional projects.
- And you have to be able to juggle - Multiple and conflicting priorities will come up underspecific time constraints. In concert with your leader and team members, youhave to be quick to act when issues arise.
What it Takes:
- Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, orequivalent experience
- 2-3 Years of Human Resources experience
- HRIS benefits and reporting experience
- Intermediate competence in Excel and Word applications.
- Ability to: Take initiative, adapt to business needs, thinkcritically, maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively (written andverbal), partner with others to solve problems, work with speed and accuracy,work independently and as a team member, maintain poise, tactfulness andoverall respectful behaviors.
- Skills in: planning and organizing while managing multiplepriorities, assessing and analyzing data, managing projects in various stagesof completion, clarifying, explaining, listening, and coaching others.
