Onsite Recruiting Coordinator Bilingual Job Highlights

IntelliSource is excited to be hiring an Onsite Recruiting Coordinator- Bilingual (Spanish/ English/ French) in your area. This critical role will be the liaison between the IntelliSource marketing and recruiting team and our customer's onsite team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, can build relationships, multi-task and ensure our candidates have a great experience throughout the hiring process. They will be responsible for providing our customer site support throughout the hiring process from local candidate attraction to post-hire activities. This person will enjoy facilitating a variety of onsite logistics, relationship management, and customer service activities to service IntelliSource and our customer.

What you will accomplish as an Onsite Recruiting Coordinator Bilingual (English /Spanish or French)?

• You will be a critical member of our team representing us in the local market
• Together, we will drive the volume needed to hit our hiring forecasts for our customer and exceed our service delivery targets
• We will build our local brand presence for our customer through various community engagements, job fairs and local teams
• Showcase a high level of understanding and become fully engrained in the client organization including relationships with client stakeholders and organizational structure to further demonstrate how we act as an extension of our customer's brand

What will you do as an Onsite Recruiting Coordinator Bilingual (English /Spanish or French)?

• Cultivate and manage relationships with current and potential hiring leaders as an onsite representative
• Manage candidate and client onsite communications
• Meet and greet interviewers and candidates, including briefing candidates with a review of the role, interview format, and client details
• Coordinate and run on site hiring events
• Facilitate and grow professional relationships with local universities/colleges and technical programs as well as other resources to share client career paths and hiring needs
• Work in coordination with our recruiting and marketing team in the local community outreach increasing recruitment and candidate volume

• High volume recruiting experience (2 years)
• Energetic, self starter
• Microsoft Office and Team experience
