Job Summary

As part of the talent acquisition team at Purdue University, you will drive results-oriented comprehensive recruitment plans consistent with the strategic vision of Purdue University. You will help departments tell the story of how Purdue is propelling the world forward through continued discovery and innovation, inclusive collaboration, and culture of persistence that leaves nothing undone.

We are searching for someone who is passionate and thrives on establishing relationships as a trusted strategic partner to develop and implement recruitment strategies, serve as a full-cycle recruiter and influence the Purdue brand. You will work closely with departments to attract top talent, develop diverse pipelines of qualified candidates for various positions, identify recruitment resources, and cultivate creative recruitment ideas; while gaining the satisfaction of working for a nationally renowned university.

The successful candidate will serve as a member of the Purdue Careers' social media team and assist in developing the recruitment marketing strategy.

What We Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in a recruiting, sourcing, or recruitment marketing role
  • Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Strong working knowledge of recruiting best practices, laws, and regulations
  • Effective multi-tasking and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple searches and deliver a high level of service to internal clients
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion

What is Helpful:
  • Experience using SuccessFactors
  • Experience using social media platforms
