**Description:**

Daily Duties:

-Will assist with general production duties and make custom concrete structures including concrete panels (used along highways, bridges, etc.), flared ends (large gutters), side walls, and custom forms. There are 3 divisions on the floor: wet cast, dry cast, and panel intake. Must be open to cross training and working on different projects when needed.

-Candidates must have some type of concrete or construction building experience which would include hands-on constructing utilizing precise measurements.

-Must be comfortable using a tape measure to measure products.

-Will work in the yard and assist with general labor and forklift work. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all temps and using a forklift on an uneven surface.

-This is dirty work - must be comfortable getting dirty and especially sweaty and hot in the summers.

-Can produce anywhere from 20-75 structures as a team a day depending on project flow.

-They run 7-8 product lines at once in the Spring during the busy time. Must be open to cross training and helping in different areas.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Hand tools experience - 1+ years

- power tools, wire cutters, etc.

Concrete or construction concrete experience (building) - 1+ years

- hands on constructing to precise measurements

PREFER:

Carpentry experience - 1+ years

Large industrial forklift experience - 1+ years

Farm work experience - 1+ years

Ability to read blueprints

Basic math skills
