TalentBridge, a leader in the staffing industry is looking for Customer Experience Associates for one of our financial industry clients. CEA's will be tasked in helping customers navigate their mortgages and refinancing process. This role will be handling outbound calls to the existing customers of our client.

This is an Entry-Level role and serves as an opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door, and begin a career with a Fortune 50 Financial/Banking institution.

Role Type: Contract-to-Hire

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Job Duties:

  • Will do outbound calls, 100-120 calls per day with a right party contact rate of 20-30%.
  • Working with the customer to determine if they would like to speak to a Mortgage Consultant regarding a new mortgage. If they do-they will transfer the customer to the Mortgage Consultant.
  • Entry level position-that has potential for Full Time employment. Many people who work in this department go on to work in mortgage sales, or work in other departments within the company.
  • Individuals within this department are highly sought after to fill other roles internally within the company.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience either on the phone or face-to-face.
  • Experience or comfortable with using an auto-dialer/outbound calls.
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English, but not required
