**Senior Business Analyst**

This Senior Business Analyst will be maintaining and building vendor relationships, gathering business requirements, working with key stakeholders on large IT projects. Must have experience working with all key stakeholder on a project including executive leadership.

This role is a full-time Career Consultant role with great competitive salary, great benefits and $24K bonus potential.

**Main responsibilities include:**

+ gathering and documenting requirements

+ create user stories

+ work in Agile environment and work with key stakeholders to deliver project work

+ work closely with delivery team- developers, QA team, Scrum Master

+ must be able to work independently or in a team.

**Responsibilities**

+ Gather Requirements

+ Document requirements

+ Create work flows

+ Provide analytical support for projects

+ Assist the selected provider with identifying potential business and technology solutions

+ Keep complex efforts moving forward quickly while exercising an appropriate level of discipline

+ Documenting functional specifications

+ Workflow analysis

+ Business process modeling

+ Solution roll-out assistance and support

+ Production Support

+ Design of User Interface

+ Use of quality procedures and methodologies

+ Expert knowledge of SDLC

+ Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills

+ Demonstrated aptitude for documenting requirements

+ Ability to understand technical development projects, and work closely with a highly skilled technical team

+ Proven analytical skills

+ Ability to build strong alliances and reach effective solutions with internal customers and external parties

+ Strong leadership and organizational skills

+ The ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships across departmental lines and respond quickly and accurately to requirements

+ Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor

**Required education qualification**

+ A bachelor's degree in any discipline REQUIRED. MBA or equivalent degree preferred
