And now they are looking for new team members to help them grow.... particularly in the role of MACHINIST:

This position is responsible for the set up and operation machine tools to produce precision parts. The Machinist will set up, troubleshoot, monitor and control tooling, feed rates and speeds of machinery while working closely with Machine Operators to ensure that machined products meet prescribed quality standards.

Role Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Tool and Die making or two years previous work experience as a Machinist.
• Proven experience as machinist
• Experience in using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools and machines --lathes, mills, grinders -- with emphasis on the set up, programming and operation of computer numerically controlled machines
• Ability to read blue prints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate tasks and manage time.
• Strong judgement, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Working knowledge of precisions measuring tools.
• Excellent coordination and mechanical skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in math
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of metal properties and other material
