We will count on you to:

  • Prepare external correspondences in accordance with instructions from professional and management team members
  • Prepare and update documents for Claims Analysts such as claims resumes, reports for special programs and spreadsheets according to predefined templates
  • Conduct inbound and outbound communication by phone, letter and email, under self-direction, to acknowledge receipt of claims, claims status and assist with claims processing questions
  • Process medical claims following guidelines outlined by each insurance carrier

What you need to have:

  • High School degree
  • Customer service experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience working in a Call Center
  • Knowledge of medical claims
  • Ability to defuse escalated calls
