Wealth Management Operations Transition Specialist

Partnering with our custodian, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) we deliver another dimension of financial services to our client/members through financial planning and fee-based asset management.

What You'll Do: As our Operations Transition Specialist you will help ensure that our Wealth Management Advisors have key elements in place to create their successful transition. You will help them focus on the important details, including the practical aspects of mapping accounts, transferring securities licenses, and any other essential documents they need to follow, including payroll, technology and compliance systems to support a positive onboarding experience. This role also supports the Wealth Management Operations team with business processing needs such as helping open new accounts, processing distributions and withdrawals, etc.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

  • College degree (Business or Finance preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 1-3 years of front line industry transitioning/onboarding or operations experience in a full service environment.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 Registered Representative license preferred.
  • Must have or attain knowledge of personal computer (spreadsheets and word processing software), Windows environment (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to use a consultative approach between candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
