Position: Wendy's Wonderful Kids Adoption Recruiter
Salary: $35,568.00 - $42,979.82 annually
(Starting salary depends on education and experience)
Job Type: Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Wendy's Wonderful Kids (WWK) Adoption Recruiter is expected to be an agent of change in the lives of children who have no identified adoptive resource. They implement the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption Child-Focused recruitment strategies. The WWK Adoption Recruiter develops strong rapport with the youth on their caseload and partners with the child's Family Support Team to find a forever family for each youth. Primary responsibilities include conducting in-depth case record reviews on all assigned adoption cases and ensure implementing the fidelity to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption model. The WWK Adoption Recruiter will develop relationships with each child to help determine best placement as well as comprehensively assess each child's strengths/needs. This position conducts diligent searches of potential families, develops a customized recruitment plan for each child, prepares them and family for adoption, and engages in networking and maintaining contact with the child's team.

QUALIFICATIONS: The position requires a Bachelor's Degree. The preferred candidate will possess a MSW and three (3) to five (5) years of experience. Must pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
