Job description

Human Resources Administrative Support role will perform data entry into PeopleSoft system for managing and updating personal files and employee records. Prior HR Experience is preferred. Role will be supporting HR business function therefore the need for candidate discretion due to employee confidential information is required.

Must be experienced with MS Office, Excel
Familiar/prior use in Cornerstone (applicant tracking system)
Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines, and be able to support a high volume of requests on a daily basis.

Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
