Who we are looking for:

Optiv is seeking a fast-paced, well-organized, and ambitious individual to help support our Talent Acquisition team hire top talent through our hiring guidelines and policies. This individual will partner with our Talent Acquisition Team, Human Resources and Business Partners to provide support for our Talent Acquisition process. Our Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for various stages within the requisition, event, interview, and offer process, including assisting with requisition creation, vetting employment applications, tracking candidates, entering offer details, confirming start dates, and other candidate outreach.

How you'll make an impact:

    • Manage high volume offer creation and candidate communications through the offer and onboarding stage
    • Partner with the recruiters, and HR Operations teams to achieve an efficient, accurate, and high touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
    • Provide enthusiastic guidance and communication to potential hires, interview teams, and hiring managers as it relates to the interview scheduling and logistics throughout the recruiting process
    • Review employment application and interview evaluations are completed
    • Optimize new hire hand-off process between the talent team and Human Resources team to create and ensure a smooth transition and first-rate onboarding experience.
    • Confirm conditions of employment have been met and coordinate start dates with candidates
    • Participate in event scheduling, preparation, and on-site support
    • Support the continual growth of Optiv's Talent Brand through social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Glassdoor, Reddit)

    • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in HR or business, is required
    • 1-2 years of experience in business, office, customer service or human resources managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - required
    • Microsoft Office Suite experience including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook - required
    • Able to take direction from multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and independently with individuals on the team and the organization to deliver results
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking System - preferred
    • Results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion with the ability to document work and accurate apply recruiting metrics
