Job Summary:

We welcome you to join the Human Resources Team as the Manager, Talent Acquisition and Development. Your goal will be to foster strong working relationships and partnerships with key functions and leaders to deliver staffing, retention and people development solutions to support the organization's strategic plan and help advance our mission. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee both the Talent Acquisition team and Learning and Development for the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

4 year Bachelor Degree
5 plus years Human Resources, associate program planning, design, development and delivery, recruiting and/or learning and development experience

Key Responsibilities:

Leads talent acquisition team in executing proactive strategies to source high quality, diverse top talent and create an exceptional hiring experience; monitors volume fluctuations and balances workload accordingly.
Leads/manages recruitment and sourcing efforts and programs; partners with HR team to leverage analytics and date to implement process improvements.
Develops and delivers onboarding tools and New Associate Orientation programming; linking the new hire and associate experiences.
Develops and manages relationships and contracts with vendors and contractors, developing additional opportunities for the Talent Acquisition team.
Partners with HR leadership to identify and resolve issues or concerns related to recruitment or associate relations development needs
Facilitates assessment of organization educational and developmental opportunities
Responsible for the oversight of the foundational organization learning and development strategy, to include New Associate Orientation, leader development and associate development.
