United Ag Lending a Subsidiary of United Lending, LLC is looking for experienced, Licensed MLO's to join its Ag consumer direct division to originate Hobby Farm and Commercial Farm Loans! Are you tired of calling leads that are sold to multiple companies? Are you tired of the cyclical business and want something more consistent throughout the year? Our growing company is seeking a NMLS licensed Loan Officer who is a self-starter, goal driven, an efficient multi-tasker, great with people and has a positive attitude. Proprietary leads are provided by the company. Leads are focused on homes with acreage, land, and full-time farm operations. We can do loan amounts up to $50 million. ( These loans are not Fannie, Freddie or USDA products) This is a perfect role for experienced LO's or individuals who feel they have the qualification and the drive to succeed!

Essential Job Functions:

· Converting leads into applications

· Completing Applications and entering files/uploading documents into the database

· Identifying and offering right program for borrower

· Communication to borrower of required documents, capturing of documents and follow up

· Calculate income

· Borrower and Realtor Follow Up

· Communication with title companies and other third-party vendors when needed

Skills/ Abilities and Experience Requirements:

· Mortgage license required; plus, ability to get licensed in multiple States

· Minimum of 1-year Loan Origination experience

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Ability to maintain a friendly, sincere and professional attitude when representing the company.

· Knowledge of Encompass LOS preferred but not necessary

· Knowledge of CRM Velocify preferred but not necessary
