Who we want (Requirements)
The new team member is required to have Bachelors degree or four (4) years of experience in administrative positions; or the equivalent combination both. Experience in human resources is highly preferred. Must possess strong computer skills including the ability to utilize Microsoft Office products, with a heavy emphasis on Excel spreadsheet creation and maintenance, and HCM software. Experience with HCM or database systems a plus. The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills. Must be physically present in the Lexington office.

What we expect (Essential Functions)
Under the direction of the Vice President, Human Resources, this position will provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department, the following duties including but not limited to:
Maintains strict confidentiality of team members personal information.

While performing the duties of this position, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands or arms and talk or hear. They may occasionally be required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. Overtime may be required.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

What we expect (Essential Functions)
Under the direction of the Vice President, Human Resources, this position will provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department, the following duties including but not limited to:
Maintain team member data in the HCM (UKG) system on a weekly basis.
- Works with all Gray, Inc. companies from a Human Resources support standpoint.
- Distribute HR Communications such as email announcements including new team members, promotions, and various other announcements (births, deaths, etc.).
- Maintain personnel files, departmental filing, departmental archives, meeting minutes, process bills, and stocking department supplies.
- Maintain office bulletin boards, and prepare weekly, monthly and departmental reporting and postings.
- Provide back up for verification of Form I9 and assist with audits when necessary.
- Provide site team with required job site postings to ensure compliance with federal, state and Gray internal postings.
- Maintain or assist with maintenance of other systems utilized by Human Resources (currently GrayU, RedVector, eScreen, HireRight, First Advantage, SharePoint, etc.) by updating team member info, updating titles, etc.
Maintain team member pictorial directory and updates to screensaver.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of the company organization charts.
Coordinate company service award program.
Maintain and coordinate Corporate Delta Miles Program
Order business cards for all team members and non-team members assisting on project teams.
Arrange for gifts or flowers for team members (birth, death).
Provide general administrative support for the Human Resources team.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
