A role you will love
This position will be responsible for performing business analysis and leading process improvement initiatives; managing requirements elicitation and documentation, formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a basic understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing, managing implementation in support of Issuer Services and additional business lines when impacted. This position may also be responsible for managing and implementing projects designed to generate additional revenue, reduce costs, and/or mitigate risk while maintaining a strategic business focus and will report into the Issuer Services Global PMO.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Serve as liaison between technology and the business
  • Utilize data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Develop and/or update Project Management and Implementation Plans
  • Establish and execute a project communication plan
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings related to projects
  • Identifies appropriate resources needed
  • Perform Risk Assessments, response strategies and Impact analysis
  • Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel
  • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

What will you bring to the role?
Required:

  • Root Cause Analysis, workflow charting, process flows,
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency: Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel
  • General use of a computer, ability to type, utilize a mouse, read information from a monitor or screen
Preferred:
  • SharePoint, Power BI
  • Business Case Writing
  • Experience in financial systems and software
  • Lean Certification, LSS, Experience working in an Agile and Waterfall environment
  • Lean Six Sigma, Agile Methodology, Waterfall Methodology, BABOK Analysis Techniques

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Risk Mitigation and Change Management
  • High degree of self-direction, leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and set, work and deliver to tight deadlines/milestones
  • Ability to work with demanding stakeholders located in multiple regions/locations and develop strong working relationships
