Job Description/Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Analyst will provide a wide variety of support related to Talent Acquisition across 13 manufacturing facilities and our corporate offices in Louisville, New Orleans & Chicago. The primary duties will include driving the interview scheduling process, creating offer letters, conducting background checks, sending and collecting new hire paperwork all while ensuring data integrity across multiple HR systems. The TA Analyst will also drive the internal hiring process end to end and provide backup sourcing support on external searches.

Responsibilities:

* Own all aspects of candidates' interview process, which will include expediting the scheduling and coordination of interviews, candidate travel & expense reimbursement.
* Act as subject matter expert and administrator on Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) while ensuring integrity of the new hire data. Tasks related to the ATS will include creating requisitions, tracking applicant flow, creating offers, pulling reports, and closing requisitions.
* Facilitating communicating on the phone and in person with all levels of the organization, with internal stakeholders, candidates, and vendors.
* Partner with HR Business Partners to craft offer letters and prepare business leaders to extend offers
* Help ensure all budgeted requisitions are posted in compliance with OFCCP and ensuring all candidates from pipeline requisitions are properly assigned to budgeted (reqs) and dispositioned accordingly
* Assist Recruiter with sourcing efforts, which will include conducting phone interviews, sourcing candidate resumes from ATS or external databases, and executing sourcing projects on LinkedIn.
* Complete weekly/bimonthly/quarterly TA Analytics
* Assist in managing & tracking all recruitment related expenses to ultimately manage the TA budget
* Ad hoc projects as assigned by Head of TA

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's level degree is required; Preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
* 2 years of relevant professional work experience, preferably within human resources
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing priorities with tight deadlines is require
* Ability to maintain a relentless work pace with the ability to change course quickly
* Ability to work with and manage expectations at all levels for internal and external stakeholders
