Overview

The HR Coordinator will perform a variety of clerical and administrative activities in direct support of CHI Saint Joseph Health employees and leaders, HR Business Partners, and HR Recruitment team.

Responsibilities

Expectations:

* Screens and refers all incoming calls and department visitors to ensure that accurate and timely departmental communication is facilitated
* Respond questions from Employees and Leaders
* Provide assistance and support for special projects/initiatives as needed within specific work streams
* Assist with gathering information related to data requested by surveyors (OIG/TJC)
* Maintain knowledge of daily applications of HRIS Systems
* Assist with generating various reports within the HRIS systems as requested
* Assist and coordinate employee recognition events/initiatives

Qualifications

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Requires a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in human resources, with an intermediate knowledge of human resources systems, programs, processes, policies, and regulations

Preferred

BA/BS and a minimum of 1 years' experience within an HR service delivery organization preferred
