HR Recruiter

At Petroleum Service Corporation, you will play an integral role in the team's success by providing support to the HR department and working with candidates throughout the recruitment / onboarding process. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establishes talent acquisition needs by collaborating with hiring managers
• Determines applicant qualifications by screening applicants and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Tracks the entire recruitment lifecycle through an Applicant Tracking System
• Utilizes presentation skills to conduct new employee orientation
• Creates compelling job descriptions to attract top candidates
• Completes employment verifications, presents verbal job offers, and sends offer letters to support the recruitment department
• Assists with administrative documents, presentations and spreadsheets utilizing MS Office products
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of leadership, as well as external candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be a collaborative team player
• Highly self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Recognizes strong principles of customer service, professionalism and confidentiality to all external clients, potential employees, as well as our internal co-workers and support staff

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Stable work history with good references from past employers
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Speak fluent English
• PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
