Pelican State Credit Union is seeking a Recruiter who will be responsible for developing and executing a staffing strategy to identify, recruit and hire the best talent. Our ideal candidate will be creative and driven with a proven track record of excellent client relations and a demonstrated ability to identify quality talent in a fast paced work environment.

The candidate selected for this role will have a proven track record of performing full life cycle recruitment to include job posting, sourcing, applicant screening, interviewing, and making recommendations to fill vacancies. This role is located at our Corporate Campus in Baton Rouge and reports to the Manager of Recruiting. Some travel may be required.

All candidates who wish to be considered must have a two year college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study and a minimum of 3 years of experience to include corporate and high volume recruitment. Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a must. Prior experience with Social Media and non-traditional methods of recruitment is highly desired. A Human Resources Certification and/or additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements.
