JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Shift Time: 8am-4:30pm; Monday-Friday

Summary of the Job:

Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support for both the Senior Vice Presidents of HR and I.S., and Department Heads of HR. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs such duties as coordination of meetings; working on special projects and assembling highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with internal and external customers plus utilizes independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize workload in order to meet set deadlines

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent college coursework preferred, with desire to learn and grow professionally in field of Human Resources or high school graduate with minimum two years of work experience in an HR department. Experience in Microsoft Office including Word-Excel-Power Point-Outlook-Vizio. Ability to work with constant interruptions. Must possess a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion with the ability to maintain matters of confidentiality.

Physical Demands:

Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 20 pounds is required.

Physical Effort required:

Constant (67%-100%) - talking, hearing, seeing

Frequently (34%-66%) - reaching, handling/feeling

Occasionally (1%-33%) - lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling climbing (stairs, ladders, etc.), balancing, stooping, crouching
