Job Summary

The Account Representative will work collaboratively with the Account Executive and the Producer as the dedicated point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.

Manage day-to-day service including claims, billing, eligibility, and service issues.

Properly set expectations for issue resolution, monitors progress and communicates outcomes.

Updates BenefitPoint in a timely manner including updates to on-going activity.

Conducts quarterly service status calls to assigned book of business clients.

Conducts implementation activities for new and existing clients and attends meetings with AE.

Oversees installation of the group on renewal.

Assists in completion and processing of applications; Schedules, prepares for and conducts open enrollment meetings.

Collects forms/data/schedules for regulatory compliance.

Finalizes enrollment with carrier and report results to AE and producer.

Updates agency management system within 30 days after sale or renewal.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Bachelor degree preferred; or 2-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Life and health license

Tech savvy; ability to learn multiple systems. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products

Excellent verbal communication skills

Valid drivers license
