PROJECT MANAGER TRAINEE JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Speak directly with homeowners with the purpose of generating leads and setting

appointments for a roof inspection.

• Inspect roofs, write up contracts, attend meetings with adjusters, supervise subcontractors and ensure the highest quality of work is performed on site.
• Prior sales experience is a big bonus as this position is a hybrid sales and project management job. You will be responsible for running all the projects that you bring in.

• Participate in the team and individual trainings designed to help you learn the

industry and sales techniques. As a Project Manager Trainee, you are in our
training program to learn the industry, sales techniques, and grow your career.

• Input all leads into the company's tracking program.
• It is highly recommended to have a truck or vehicle able to carry a ladder. Now, this is not a requirement, however, having a reliable mode of transportation is required.

• The Project Manager Trainee must be comfortable with heights (as you be o rooftops), must be able to lift 50 pounds, and also be comfortable speaking to customers about how we can help them in their unfortunate situation.

• This person MUST be comfortable working evening hours and weekends as that is when most homeowners are available to speak.

• We are looking for someone who is driven, doesn't give up easily, and is not afraid of hard work!
