Job description

We are looking for friendly candidates who enjoy working with people, are eager to learn, and are excited to grow within an organization. Responsibilities include helping make a difference and meeting our member's needs by handling account inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving concerns.

While successful candidates should demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and dependability, we will train you when it comes to the daily skills needed, including balancing cash drawers, maintaining records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable policies and regulations, and referring helpful products and services to our membership, along with performing other duties as needed.

Our company hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 8:30am to 7:00pm, with no Sunday shifts. This is a full-time position with benefits; flexibility is important as the schedule may vary within our operating hours based on the needs of our members.

The successful candidate will have a people-oriented, helpful, professional mindset and presence. Being open to new ideas and change is also an advantage. Reliable transportation and attendance are a must and fundamental math, and computer skills are necessary.
