Job Summary:

Responsibilities may include management of systems infrastructures, implementing best practices to Identify and recommend system functional specifications, configuration of physical and virtual systems, backup and recovery of IT infrastructure. Support duties may include updating and supporting systems by tuning performance, allocating storage space. Implementing critical patches, reviewing systems performance logs to identify anomalies and troubleshoot issues.

responsibilities:

-Direct customer interface and support for new Cloud CSSP subscribers as they are initiated into the CSSP

-Develop, configure, implement and manage systems

-Resolve and provide assistance and troubleshooting of subscriber issues

-Manage and upgrade operating systems

-Monitor and analyze the capabilities and performance of systems

-Document systems infrastructure for the convenience of the users

-Maintain system security strategies, policies, and procedures

-Implement Amazon web services solutions

-Brainstorm creative cloud solutions

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors

skills:

• systems administration (5 years of experience is required)
• Cloud (5 years of experience is required)
• Linux (5 years of experience is required)
• CCNA (1 year of experience is required)
• Security+
• Ethical Hacker (1 year of experience is required)
• CSSP (1 year of experience is required)
