Workday Payroll Year End Specialist

Requirements:

Knowledge / Background should include but not be limited to:

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with constructive engaging dialogue.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight project deliverable deadlines.
• Ability to show immediate value add.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced ability using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships across complex business processes
• Ability to develop internal policies and procedures to address business needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to plan organize and direct the work of others.
• Willingness and ability to work extended hours when needed.

Required Skills:

Workday year-end processes including W-2 processing, reconciliation efforts, and tax compliance dealing with various reporting authorities and assist in knowledge transfer opportunities.
