We are currently seeking an (Associate) Product Manager specializing in professional services automation (PSA) preferably with hands on FinancialForce experience to join our JLL Technologies Core Product team with the primary objective of enabling professional services leaders.
In this role, you would be responsible for leading the global product strategy for this area of the business, with a focus on driving unprecedented visibility into sales, services delivery, and finances.
What this job involves
As a Product Manager at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for
* Create the product vision and roadmap for professional services automation that meets and aligns with business objectives and goals.
* Assessing the current state of products, identifying ways to transform existing solutions while evaluating innovative new solutions through the lens of built/buy/partner.
* Identify opportunities, create business cases, and champion your vision to build organizational alignment across business & technology stakeholders.
* Own product requirements and specifications and drive the product development schedule from design to release with a high-quality bar.
* Establishing OKRs to ensure your products achieve their goals
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, design, client delivery and finance to deliver on the product roadmap and vision while allocating resources appropriately.
* Championing the voice of the customer; establishing one-to-many customer and partner forums for product feedback; engaging deeply and personally with customers, partners, and the field.

Education and experience
* Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical subject (computer science or engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
* 4+ years of technical product management experience including developing and launching products
* Experience creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy and leading design discussions
* Strong customer focus and ability to understand and translate the voice of the customer into product strategy.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems.
* Familiarity with project management software, FinancialForce and/or CRE project management services is desired.
