RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst III in Catonsville, MD.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
* Business Analyst III will assist with maintaining, updating, and delivering strategic planning documentation related to DHS acquisitions
* Business Analyst will perform detailed cross-functional business process analyses and process mapping activities
* Assist maintaining, updating, and delivering briefing packages for various acquisition reporting requirements, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), executive leadership meetings, risk and issue management meetings, and other required meetings
* As a Business Analyst, you will participate in and facilitate meetings as directed by client
* Assist with maintaining and updating business processes, SOPs, and other related documentation as required by DHS and TSA directives, regulations, etc.
* Assist with maintaining, updating, and delivering acquisition white papers, position papers, presentation packages, reports, and other related analytical products as required by DHS and TSA directives, regulations, and SOPs

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Previous TSA, DHS, or DOD experience preferred; Active TSA Suitability clearance highly desired
* 5 years' experience working on process improvement initiatives
* Must have 5+ years demonstrated knowledge and experience in strategic planning and business process analysis
* Experience working in acquisitions program management
* Strong MS Product skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
