Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Provide leadership and oversight to the GPHS Commercial Team.

  2. Lead the develop a robust pipeline of opportunities for GPHS accounts.

  3. Provide client engagement and opportunity closing expertise to account executives.

  4. Ensure integrated proposal process (technical and business) with BD and global ops.

  5. Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting.

  6. Review and refine current practices annually to attain short, medium and long-range BD goals.

  7. Continue development and drive Salesforce use as relationship management and sales operations tool.

  8. Represent GPHS commercial organization in wider ICON global commercial management team meetings and engagements.

  9. Continue Business Development and Proposal integration with parent organization.

  10. Collaborate with President to set GPHS market strategy annually.

  11. Show consistent success.

  12. Achieve annual sales goals.

  13. Maintains a safe workplace ensuring that he/she is aware of and observes appropriate safety and occupational health rules and regulations. Employee is required to attend safety training relative to his/her position and report any infractions of safety procedures to the facility Safety Officer.

  14. Performs light duties and other related duties as required and assigned.
