Job description

**Description:**

The Production Operators will be operating highly automated, new production equipment. Day to day responsibilities include:

-Receive raw materials from dock and transfer to warehouse or production

-Monitor various parts of automated production line (this includes reading computer print outs, monitoring computer screens to ensure production standards)

-Review formulas for production and input into computer

-Assist in quality checks on the production line

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

Must Haves

- 2+ years experience in production/ manufacturing environment

- Ability to utilize a computer

- Proficient in basic math functions (add/subtract, multiply/divide, fractions, decimals, ratios, etc)

- Forklift experience

- Ability to troubleshoot and problems solve

Nice to Have

-Experience working with automated equipment

-Experience performing quality checks from specification sheets (not just visual checks)

Operators will be trained on specific sections of the line to become "experts" however, everyone will be cross trained on all positions. These roles will require a lot of learning of the new equipment
