Position Focus:
- Be an outstanding candidate advocate and offer a consultative recruiter to solve staffing needs
- Source, recruit, hire and retain the best nursing and nursing support talent
- Experience with Nurse recruitment strongly preferred
- Please note the position is currently remote, but maybe required to be onsite for events/client meetings
General Summary Executes the full life cycle recruiting process for all assigned, open positions based on a specific brand strategy or specialized focus. This position requires the ability to manage high-volume recruitment and to provide superior customer focus and service.
Principal Responsibilities and Tasks
- Executes the full life cycle recruiting process for assigned positions
- Collaborates with hiring managers to determine job-specific screening and selection criteria; coaches and consults with hiring manager to develop interviewing questions relevant to the successful candidate
- Executes service level agreements and communicates with hiring manager throughout recruitment process
- Collaborates with hiring manager on sourcing strategies and executes recruitment plans
- Partners with hiring managers to determine candidate interview approach
- Screens potential candidates and develops slate of candidates for hiring manager review
- Gathers and consolidates feedback from interview team and complete interview evaluation documentation
- Provides verbal and written job offers and rejection notifications to candidates and directs the work of the recruitment coordinators
- Maintains data integrity by following the standard candidate and requisition input process
- Provides diverse slate of candidates to hiring managers
- Provides a high touch service level to all candidates and internal customers
- Consults with hiring manager throughout recruiting and hire process
- Negotiates job offer details with applicant
- Assesses recruiting due diligence results and determine whether to proceed with candidate
- Provides consultative guidance in contacting new hires and investigating reasons for "no-show"
- Proactively identifies recruitment-related issues and possible resolutions
- Gather and report on recruitment costs; collaborates with the Talent Management division to assess recruitment sourcing needs and trends. May provide input into the Talent Management strategic plan.
- Maintain talent acquisition policy and procedure documentation
- Monitor recruiting programs to ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines
- Manage execution of the Employee Referral Program
- Follows all applicant tracking system procedures and may train hiring managers in the use of the system

Education an d Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Two (2) years of experience in recruitment or recruitment-related functions.
- Experience in production recruitment atmosphere preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Highly effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management and candidates.
- Strong working knowledge of competitive technical markets as well as industry-specific related data to facilitate indirect sourcing efforts.
- Proven ability to recruit for many locations and provide solutions for difficult recruiting markets.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking software.
- Strong relationship builder.
