The Operations Assistant perform customer service duties related to registration activities. Monitor and manage and reply to office emails and voicemails. Process course change requests. Assist the Registrar with graduation processing. Assist the Associate Registrar and Registrar with course scheduling and other duties as deemed necessary. Supervise student workers. Produce and track transcripts and enrollment verifications produced in house.



Job Requirements:

Education:

Required: High School diploma or a GED

Preferred: A.A. or higher degree

Professional Experience:

Required: At least two years of professional work experience providing administrative or clerical support in a busy office environment.

Preferred: Prior experience working in a college environment preferred.
