Job description

The Director of North American Sales will be responsible for cultivating new customer opportunities in the North American region. He/She will have strong prospecting and strong relationship building skills with a successful track record of selling capital solutions that integrate technologies, solvents, and systems to decarbonize industrial sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial acumen with a engineering background in natural gas treating, environmental emissions, refining/petrochemicals, or renewable natural gas.

In addition to direct prospecting and selling to key target companies, you will also be responsible for implementing, managing and maximizing the success of multiple independent Channel Partners, holding each accountable to close target accounts and meet revenue commitments. This self-starter will possess a strong work-ethic, be independent, have effective communication skills (written and verbal), excellent questioning and qualifying ability, and outstanding follow up tactics.

The ideal candidate is a true "hunter" who enjoys prospecting, follows sales processes, knows how to leverage a CRM, and has a successful track record in North American territory development.
