Job description
Position Summary
The Recruiter Associate is a role within each discipline's recruiting team. The individuals in this position will be trained to support the organization's business objectives by sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, evaluating and hiring temporary consultants. The Recruiter Associate will work towards meeting the requirements of a successful performing quarter as defined by management.
Responsibilities
- Meet the production goals for the quarter as defined by management: adding consultants to his/her database and assigning consultants to assignments
- Make a high volume of phone calls; take a "hands on" approach to recruiting
- Source consultants with leading edge, critical skills to fill job listing and build a database
- Obtain referrals from other consultants and user managers, direct recruiting, networking with personal contacts, office files and the internet
- Recruit, identify, select and prequalifying candidates relative to listings; present job opportunities to candidates and present candidates to client managers; prepare both sides for the interview, generating send-out
- Check references to verify information and obtain manager leads and market information
- Educating consultant and client on Oxford's benefits and policies
- Ensure the completion of all consultant paperwork
- Pre-market consultants to client manager
- Maintain and develop relationships with consultants currently on assignment and resolve all issues including those related to benefits, payroll, and performance
- Input consultant information, contract history, market leads and all communication notes into the database
- Attend training meetings to develop recruiting skills, exchange pertinent account information and help to develop account strategies
- Perform any administrative tasks such as data entry in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
