Your Responsibilities
As part of the Go-to-Market team, this Business Development Manager will work in partnership with Jedox Channel, Consulting, and Partners/Alliance teams in supporting sales efforts to drive growth. Your primary objective is to generate targeted leads for new business acquisition.

As part of our team, you will:
- Persistently pursue new leads and identify prospective clientele via lead tracking, warm & cold calling, industry events, social media outreach, market research and campaigns, among others.
- Build relationships with key contacts on specific target accounts using existing data from internal systems
- Establish rapport and invest in relationships with prospective clients to build trust and accountability
- Work in harmony with the channel sales team in order to create campaigns, generate & qualify sales leads, and share mutually beneficial opportunities
- Manage and own the account profiling and documentation process in Salesforce, to include understanding the prospect's business needs, use cases, communicating the Jedox value proposition, & market differentiators
- Deliver accurate market driven data to influence decisions and inspire change in sales leadership across Partners, Consulting and Corporate team members
- Work closely with US leadership to establish challenging, achievable MBO's to maximize commissions and on target earnings (OTE)
Your Profile
Ideally, you'll bring:
- 2+ years sales experience preferred or equivalent qualification or training, for example Sandler or Costigan
- CPM/EPM/BI industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Systems is preferred
- Experience working in a SaaS start-up or high growth environment is preferred
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Desire to take proactive action and solutions oriented approach to fulfill gaps in the market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Positivity and strong personal integrity
- Holistic approach to planning and organization to create and manage individual capacity and commitments.
