Business Development Representative

Join our growing sales team! Mercury is large enough to have the tools for you to succeed, while small enough that you'll know and work with our leadership team on a first name basis.

The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, with a desire to learn and become promoted to an Account Executive.

Your first 2 weeks with Mercury will be spent in Boston, training directly with our VP of sales. Our sales teams have a unique culture where we work collaboratively as a 'plane'.

OTE (on target earnings): $75k annually

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation for the sales team
  • Update and manage sales activities and account information in Hubspot CRM

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Requires at least18 months of Sales experience, ideally as an SDR or BDR
  • Comfortable and confident on phone calls with prospects
  • Has experience speaking and reaching out to C Level people
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
