Overview:

Make an impact at a dynamic and growing life sciences company that provides medical imaging services and software to the drug development community. Invicro is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to collaborate with department leaders providing a customer focused and effective recruitment service to the organization to achieve the company's mission, goals, and objectives. This person sources potential candidates through networking, social media, professional organizations, schools, job boards, and other recruiting strategies. Must be able to build relationships and collaborate with internal customers to identify various needs. The Corporate Recruiter uses their ability to manage full cycle recruiting of highly qualified talent in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is a driven, hard-working, customer service and team-oriented individual with an interest in creating a positive experience for job applicants, candidates, and current team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing ongoing advice regarding networking and talent acquisition practices
  • Posting open positions and leveraging networking, social media, direct sourcing techniques, alumni organizations, and professional sites to source candidates
  • Providing best in class recruitment experience for all candidates
  • Scheduling interviews, conducting telephone screens and in person or zoom interviews
  • Managing candidate database and applicant tracking records
  • With guidance, provide coaching and counseling to functional business leaders and line management to effectively support staffing goals
  • Support a diverse workforce and comply with local and regional hiring guidelines and procedures, particularly for applicant tracking

Qualifications:
  • Software, Technology, or Scientific recruiting experience preferred
  • International (specifically UK) recruitment experience a plus
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills
  • Good ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
  • Experience with RecruiterBox, Trakstar, or any related ATS

Required Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or related
  • 3-5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
