About this Role:

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Corporate Strategy leader to join our team. You will partner with leaders across the company to drive corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, strategic growth initiatives, and market analysis. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, intellectually curious, highly collaborative, an outstanding communicator, and will thrive in a diverse environment.

Our Team:

We are tasked with supporting the development and advancement of Iron Mountain's agenda. We act as "Internal Consultants'' for the enterprise as a whole, we define and execute core processes to support corporate-wide strategy. We provide strategic thought on a broad range of topics affecting the company.

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy, you will partner with senior leaders across the organization and across the globe to tackle a broad spectrum of high-impact strategic initiatives.

You will:

Partner with leadership to:

* Help position and enable the company to achieve long-term, profitable growth

* Articulate strategy through long-term enterprise planning

* Outline measurement and success criteria

Bring context and structure to a broad spectrum of complex strategic challenges and opportunities, including:

* Partnering with the business to identify and evaluate new opportunities and risks / challenges

* Apply critical analytic skills and strategic thinking to advance complex projects with high impact potential and exposure

* Summarize implications of those projects into clear and compelling communications, and work with the broader organization to drive execution of recommendations and realization of benefits

Influence at all levels of the organization and work with management across the company and around the globe to drive traction

Who You Are

You are an exceptional matrix leader with a proven ability to drive effective collaboration and build credibility and strong partnership across the organization. What you bring:

* MBA or equivalent and 3+ years of work experience

* Management consulting and/or rotational assignments focused on strategy and finance

* Broad base of business skills including: corporate strategy, planning processes, product management, marketing, and finance/accounting

* Prior experience in the technology space a plus

* International experience a plus
