About the Job:
We're looking for a high potential individual to join our growing team who is ready to champion our product and create real connections with our clients. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities including researching auto shop information, starting the conversation, identifying the decision maker, and inputting notes and qualified opportunities into our CRM so the leads can then be passed and scheduled for a full product demo with an Account Executive.
We're looking for an ambitious, thoughtful, yet autonomous individual who embraces the challenge of sales prospecting. This role has the potential to advance to an Account Executive position within 6 - 12 months. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to enter and gain experience in the SaaS (software as a service) industry; no previous SaaS experience is required!
Location: This is an in-person position based in Tulsa, OK
Pay: $40,000 base plus bonus OTE of $65k and benefits
Experience & Skills:
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- 1-3 years experience in some sort of telemarketing/sales role
- Prior experience utilizing CRM and/or an opportunity management system is helpful
- Capacity to articulate value propositions to address business pain points is important
- Strong work ethic and ability to be productive without direct supervision
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience a plus
Role & Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed quota (on activities such as calls, emails, follow up responses, and demos booked with qualified opportunities)
- Leverage book of warm and cold leads (provided) to start new conversations with prospective customers
- Facilitate fact-finding calls to assess fit between our product and prospective customer's needs
- Schedule demos with qualified prospects for Account Executives
- Utilize CRM software (Hubspot) to manage pipeline
- Think creatively and systematically to provide meaningful feedback to the team -- as we continue to scale, we welcome new ideas from all team members so we continuously approve, learn and grow together which we hope in turn yields better outcomes
