Job description

* Assist Project Manager and/or Project Architect with project development

* Articulate the program, design intent and overall project concept through development of construction drawings including plans and renderings
* Assist with the coordination of project team members including consultants
* Assist with materials and product data research

* Produce Contract Documents in compliance with local, state and federal codes and regulations and consistent with office standards
* Update drawings based on principal review, Owner review and Agency review
* Assist with construction administration including review of submittals and document coordination
* Attend client and job meetings as required

Requirements

* Bachelor or Masters of Architecture from accredited university
* 5 8 years of related experience
* Experience with BIM software specifically Revit
* Working knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
* Proficiency in technical, construction document and presentation material production
* Strong time management skills
* Ability to travel to client sites and attend night meetings on occasion
* Previous experience with public facility projects a plus
* LEED accreditation a plus
