Why This Role is Important to Us
Reporting directly to Senior Vice President, the Analyst will closely work with potential (as well as existing) external business partners to determine their visualization requirements and evaluate business proposals for solution delivery. The incumbent will always look for opportunities to optimize the existing new processes and constantly look for the ways to improvise. He/She should be a self-starter and highly motivated effective collaborator, showing strong interest in business propositions, strong technical/analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good written and oral communication skills. He/she is also expected to work alongside business to gather WSV requirements (Reporting/Dashboards) and translate them to well written business requirement documents (BRD); the incumbent should also possess the ability to communicate and disseminate this information to appropriate people in the organization. He/she should exhibit the ability to work on multiple assignments; exercise good judgment in decision-making; meet deadlines; work independently, demonstrate an attention to detail and be flexible.
What You'll Be Doing
- Have a high-level understanding of WSV portfolio stack within the company including the core capabilities features.
- Keep abreast with the latest best in-class trending BI tools technologies, including, but not limited to the telehealth platform available to health systems.
- Maintain a high-level understanding of the various systems and all the touch points associated with any WSV projects. This also includes any the data integration touch points.
- Work closely with business partners to gather requirements and translate to a well written Business Requirement Document related to BI projects.
- Work closely with WSV team as well as BD and Growth team, financial and analytics staff to evaluate the business requirement and finalize the solution approach.
- Make effective use of collaborative software tools to organize and publish documents
- Understand the project scope and how individual work packets impact the schedule
- Provide accurate estimates of work effort for requirements and documentation activities
- Ensure all appropriate customer sign offs are achieved
- Ensure consistency / standards across all business requirement documents

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 years Minimum Years' Experience Required
- Exposure to health portfolio platforms, Private Equity firms and business entrepreneurs is a plus
- Health care industry experience a big plus
- Strong Communication Skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment
- Ability to synthesize information into actionable insights and contribution to both creating and executing business strategies
Understanding of data modeling techniques Experience working with relational databases
