High tech's most important companies rely on BAO to execute powerful lead generation campaigns. Due to the increased demand for these services, we are expanding our Lead Development team.


In this highly valued role, you will be supporting major BAO clients including Nutanix, IBM and Salesforce.com, by collecting account intelligence, following up on inbound leads, and creating awareness of their upcoming events. The BAO Training Academy provides specialized, targeted training for your first 120 days and throughout your tenure. Compensation for this role consists of a base salary plus uncapped commission incentives.


Responsibilities:

· Conduct phone-based account research and lead generation, 150+ outbound calls/day

· Contact prospects to engage in conversations designed to discover sales opportunities

· Provide consistent, concise and accurate internal and external communications

· Log call results into our proprietary database

· Actively participate in team meetings and weekly training sessions

· Work collaboratively with Account Managers to compile data and enable weekly and monthly results for reporting


Qualifications and Experience:

· A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

· 0-2 years' experience or relevant internship in a customer facing role a plus (training provided)

· A willingness to implement feedback and coaching to improve conversion rates

· The ability to multi-task while working in fast-paced environment

· Working knowledge of MS Office applications
