Who you are

You have the perfect blend of experience, flair, and ambition to add to our high-performing Boston team. You love to learn and are motivated by individual and team achievement. While continuing to grow our brand in the U.S. market you will be responsible for leading a robust recruitment/delivery function in one of our key life science specialties (Biometrics, Clinical Ops, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical Affairs, PV/Safety, Data Science, Pre-Clinical, Health Economics, and Business Development).

In this role, you will:

• Take control of your own desk and lead your life sciences specialty
• Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
• Promote and enhance the RBW culture and core values
• Be an integral performer in our exciting U.S. team
• Inspire and educate passive talent about RBW's mission and deliver an excellent candidate experience
• Develop an extensive pipeline of both active and passive candidates
• Hands-on management of multiple recruitment processes end-to-end
• Develop relationships with key industry leaders to fully understand the life science market and become a true expert
• Build your career and achieve unlimited personal and professional success
• Learn from some of the most successful recruiters and managers in the company
