JOB DESCRIPTION

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

As a management consultant for the George S. May International Company you will be responsible for developing, recommending and implementing business improvements for the owners, presidents and senior managers of small and medium size businesses. Working under the supervision of a Project Director, you will use your unique experience, technical know-how and administrative skills to teach and train the client employees on new procedures and policies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* MBA or a Bachelor Degree in a business-related discipline + 5 years Management Experience.

* 5 + years of business management experience (at your own business or for others).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially u201cExcel u201d, is a MUST.

* Dynamic, confident personality that takes charge and produces results.

* Ability to travel weekly, typically Sunday through Friday.

* Accounting, Quick-Books and other related experience a plus.

* Quality systems knowledge (ISO9000, Six Sigma Etc.) a plus.

* Proven leadership skills and technical knowledge.

* Process control knowledge.

* A Windows based laptop computer running Windows 8.1.
