Job description

Windham is seeking a full time Operations professional with experience using Advent Portfolio Exchange. The role will be involved in the life cycle of wealth management client processes including: onboarding, reconciliation, account billing, valuation, investor reporting, and investor relations support.

Responsibilities

• Process the full life cycle of wealth management client processes and requests using Advent Portfolio Exchange
• Build trade orders for review in Moxy
• Provide primary back up to the trading desk
• Interface with the firm's portfolio managers, research, trading, investor relations, and compliance to support account related activity and regulatory reporting
• Explore opportunities to enhance operational and reporting processes
• Cross train on all operational functions to provide backup for other operational roles

Required Qualifications

• A minimum 2 years of experience working directly with Advent Exchange or another portfolio management system
• General understanding of commonly used financial instruments, wealth management, and portfolio management
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with GIPS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and adapt to other types of software
• Experience with private funds and working with fund administrators and counterparties

Full Time

Location: Boston (Financial District)

Initially fully onsite and ability to work remotely up to two days a week as the role develops (subject to change with firm policy)
