As a Recruiting Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue through consultative selling and relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders. This position reports into Executive Leadership.


Process Management Responsibilities:


  • Conduct formal intake calls with active PeopleSERVE clients to understand scope of work and requirement qualification to ensure company resources are effectively and efficiently deployed.
  • Create and review recruitment deliverables such as recruitment scopes, candidate profiles, and recruiting summaries
  • Partner with clients and sales reps to ensure consistent messaging and experience for candidates.


Personnel Management Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train recruiters (in collaboration with Corporate Trainor) on full lifecycle recruitment process and technology concepts.
  • Coaching and mentoring recruiters on advanced searches, client/candidate negotiations, and contractor/account maintenance.
  • Discussing, assigning, and coordinating daily business objectives to manage clients/requirements to close.
  • Partnering with recruiters and clients to troubleshoot requirements as needed, while ensuring all necessary communication channels are available and clear.


Production and Revenue Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, interview and build meaningful relationships with prospective IT candidates to assess skill set, work history, salary requirements and alignment with client needs.
  • Manage candidates through all stages of the recruiting and hiring process by adhering to PeopleSERVE' s recruiting process and methodology.
  • Use negotiating skills to create mutual beneficial scenarios for PeopleSERVE, the candidate, and the client.


Additional Details:

  • This position is fully virtual. Candidates should live in the New England area and be available as needed for in-person collaboration and training.
  • Travel requirements include up to 7 overnights a month but should average apx. 2 per month.

Who we are looking for:

  • 7+ years of IT staffing experience
  • Strong network of client and IT consultants in the Greater Boston area preferred.
  • Experience mentoring and leading teams of revenue producers.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
